The team
Deerwood was founded in 2008, in the middle of a recession, with a beat-up Ford Ranger and $5,000. 18 years later it is a trusted name for HVAC and electrical work across Humble, Kingwood and Atascocita, owned and run by Jay Twiner, who brings over 30 years in the trade to every job.
The rule has not changed: the customer’s needs come before the bottom line. That is why Jay still signs off on installations in person, why the crew leaves a house the way they found it, and why the only trace we want you to notice is cool air.
The electrical division came later, with Howard Tanner, a Marine Corps veteran and Master Electrician, at its head. One company now handles the whole house: the system that cools it, the panel that powers it, and the generator that keeps both running when the grid does not.
